8-10 lb. diced, cooked potatoes 1 c. finely chopped celery 1 c. finely chopped green pepper, optional 12 chopped hard cooked eggs 1/2 c. grated onion 2 c. mayonnaise 4 tsp. vinegar 1 tsp. pepper 2 tsp. sugar 1/2 c. finely chopped pimento, optional 1/2 c. oil 2 tsp. salt 2 tsp. prepared mustard Paprika, to taste In a medium bowl combine potatoes, celery, green pepper and eggs. Toss lightly to mix. |
