CHEESE TOPPING FOR BAKED
POTATOES (OR OTHER COOKED
VEGETABLES)
 
1/2 c. melted butter (1 stick)
2 (4 oz.) pkg. Kraft shredded cheddar cheese or 1/2 lb. cheddar, shredded
1 (8 oz.) container sour cream
2 tbsp. chopped green onion tops or chives
1/2 tsp. salt (or to taste)

Mix all ingredients thoroughly and refrigerate until ready to use.

Note: Delicious on baked potatoes, cooked carrots, broccoli, cauliflower, asparagus, and other favorites.

Makes 4 servings.
