CROWD PLEASER POTATOES 
1 (2 lb.) bag frozen hash brown potatoes
1 can cream of chicken soup
8 oz. grated cheddar cheese
8 oz. sour cream
1 stick butter, melted
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 tsp. salt & pepper

Blend together all ingredients except potatoes. When well mixed, add potatoes and mix again. Pour into a 9 x 13 inch greased baking dish or pan. Bake in preheated 350 degree oven for 30 to 45 minutes.
