CROWD PLEASING POTATO CASSEROLE 
1 lg. pkg. frozen hash browns
1 (8 oz.) sour cream
1 can Cheddar cheese soup
1 onion, chopped
1 stick butter, melted
Corn flakes

Mix all ingredients together except the flakes. Reserve half the butter. Place in buttered baking dish. Mix remaining butter with corn flakes and top the potato mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
