HOT CHICKEN SANDWICHES 
2 c. cooked chicken
1/2 c. finely diced celery
3 sm. green onions (chopped)
Green and red pepper for color
1/4 c. mayonnaise
Salt and pepper

Spread on buttered buns. Top with 1 1/2 cups grated Cheddar cheese. Wrap in square of foil; seal tight and refrigerate. When ready to serve, place in preheated 450 degree oven for 10 minutes. Serve in foil. Makes six buns.
