RHUBARB LAYER DESSERT 
FIRST LAYER:

1 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup (1/2 stick) butter, softened
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 cup chopped nuts

Mix crust ingredients and press into a 9x13-inch pan. Bake at 350°F for 15 minutes.

SECOND LAYER:

1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
3/4 cup sugar
3 eggs
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla

Mix second layer ingredients together with a beater until smooth. Pour over baked crust.

Bake at 350°F for 15 minutes.

THIRD LAYER:

2 cups diced rhubarb
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 cup sugar
2 tbsp. corn starch
1/4 cup water

Put all third layer ingredients into a saucepan. Cook, stirring constantly, until rhubarb is tender and sauce is thickened. Let cool to room temperature and spread over second layer.

Refrigerate until firm.

Serve topped with whipped cream. Enjoy!
