CREAMED EGGS AND ASPARAGUS | |
5 hard boiled eggs 1 (16 oz.) can asparagus tips (save liquid) 4 tbsp. butter 4 tbsp flour 2 c. asparagus juice and milk, combined Combine melted butter with flour. Add milk. Heat until thick and smooth. Fold in asparagus. Place layer of sliced eggs in buttered dish, then asparagus mixture, repeat. 1/2 c. bread crumbs 2 tbsp. melted butter Heat but do not cook in 350 degree oven. Serve over toast. |
