LIVER LOAF 
1 lb. beef liver
1 egg
1/2 lemon
1 chopped onion
1/2 lb. pork sausage
1 c. bread crumbs (soft)
2 tbsp. catsup
1/2 c. liquid from liver

Cook liver in water until done. Run through food chopper. Salt to taste. Add sausage, egg, bread crumbs, lemon juice, catsup, onion and liquid. Mix and put in loaf pan. Top with 2 strips of bacon. Bake 1 hour in a moderate oven.
