LOW CHOLESTEROL OATMEAL APPLESAUCE MUFFINS | |
1 1/2 c. oatmeal 1 1/4 c. flour 3/4 tsp. cinnamon 1 tsp. baking powder 3/4 tsp. baking soda 1 c. applesauce 1/2 c. skim milk 1/2 c. brown sugar 3 tbsp. vegetable oil 1 egg white TOPPING: 1/4 c. oats 1 tbsp. brown sugar 1 tbsp. butter, melted Preheat oven to 400 degrees. In a large mixing bowl, mix all ingredients. Spoon into paper cup lined muffin pan. Fill about halfway. Combine ingredients for topping, sprinkle on top of muffins. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 to 22 minutes. |
