PUDDING POKE CAKE 
1 pkg. yellow cake mix (pudding included)
2 (4 serving size) pkg. Jell-O chocolate instant pudding
1 c. confectioners sugar
4 c. cold milk

Prepare cake mix as directed on box for 9 x 13 pan.

Bake as directed. Poke holes with a round handle wooden spoon about 1-inch apart. After the holes are made, combine sugar and pudding in bowl. Gradually add milk. Beat with mixer for 1 minute. Do not overbeat.

Before pudding thickens, pour 1/2 of pudding evenly over cake and fill holes. Pour rest of pudding over and be sure all holes are filled. Can be topped with whipped cream or frosting.
