4-H PIE CRUST | |
The only pie crust I have been able to make. Very patchable! 3 c. all-purpose flour 1 1/2 c. shortening 6 tbsp. water 1 tbsp. vinegar 1 egg, beaten Cut flour into shortening, add the rest. Refrigerate 10 minutes to chill. Makes 2 double crusts. Keeps well in refrigerator. |
