CHEESY HASH BROWN CASSEROLE 
2 lbs. hamburger
1 can cream of mushroom soup
3 c. shredded frozen hash browns
1 sm. onion, chopped
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Salt and pepper to taste

Brown and drain hamburger. Add onion and cook until tender. Add soup to meat mixture. Place hash browns in 9x13 greased pan/casserole. Sprinkle cheese over potatoes. Top with meat mixture. Bake at 375 for 1 hour.
