| SUGAR COOKIES (DIABETIC) | |

1/2 c. butter 1 egg 1 tsp. vanilla 1/2 tsp. salt 2 tbsp. sugar & enough sugar substitute to equal 1 c. sugar 2 tbsp. milk 2 c. flour 2 tsp. baking powder Cream butter, sugar, egg and milk. Combine flour, salt, baking powder and mix with butter and sugar mix. Chill thoroughly. Roll out. Slice thin. Bake on greased cookie sheet at 375 degrees for 10 minutes. | |

My boyfriends dad is diabetic and last time I made cookies I forgot he couldn't have any due to the sugar and with it being Christmas I thought it would be nice to make diabetic sugar cookies. I was a bit scared making them since I didn't know how well it would turn out but they are really good. I helped myself to two of the cookies
