CALIFORNIA CHILE CORN CASSEROLE 
1 can (17 oz.) cream style corn
1 can (4 oz.) diced green chiles
1 lg. red bell pepper, seeded and diced fine
1/2 c. butter, melted
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 c. yellow corn meal
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. dairy sour cream
2 c. diced Monterey Jack cheese

Combine all ingredients. Turn into a buttered 7 x 11 x 2 casserole. Bake, uncovered, in a 375 degree oven for 40 minutes or until set in center. Serves 4.
