CHICKEN AND POTATO AU GRATIN

Chicken, enough for meal
1 box au gratin potatoes
1 c. frozen mix veggies

Boil chicken until done. Remove from pan. Put broth aside. Remove chicken from bones. Prepare potatoes according to directions on box. Use broth from chicken instead of water. Put chicken and veggies with potatoes and cook according to box directions. Let set about 5-10 minutes to thicken and serve.
