BEEF PINWHEELS OR MEAT ROLL
1 onion
2 tbsp. oil
Hamburger
Salt & pepper
Bisquick

Saute 1 onion in 2 tablespoons of oil until brown. Add hamburger and season with salt and pepper. Fry until brown. Make 1 recipe of Bisquick according to box for biscuit dough. Shape dough into a rectangle about 9 x 12 and 1/3 inch thick. Cover the dough with cooled meat mixture, roll up as for a jelly roll. Cut into 1 inch slices and lay cut side up on baking sheet which has been greased, or leave in a roll and slash top in several places. Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 10 to 12 minutes until dough is brown. Serve with gravy or tomato sauce. (I use up leftover gravy from a beef roast this way.)

WOW! thank you for submitting. I can see this as hamburger with taco seasoning... to season as a pizza, etc., This has so many different possible ways to change this up - but seems really simple. Will try as original post first. Have a feeling this one is a keeper!
