BLUEBERRY UPSIDE DOWN CAKE 
5 c. fresh or frozen blueberries
1 c. brown sugar
1 box lemon cake mix

In 9 x 13 greased cake pan, spread blueberries and sprinkle with brown sugar. Follow directions for cake mix and pour over berries. Bake 35-40 minutes at 350 degrees or until done. While still hot, place tray over cake pan and invert. If some berries stick to pan, simply transfer them back on to cake with a spatula. Let cool and serve. Serves 12-16.
