SAUSAGE-CHEESE BALLS 
1 lb. sweet sausage roll
8 oz. shredded sharp cheddar cheese
3 c. Bisquick
1/4-1/2 c. water to moisten
Paprika for color (opt.)

Cook sausage, breaking up with a fork. Drain off any grease. Shred cheese. Mix all together in large bowl with fork or fingers. Add water until holds together. Form into balls, size as desired. Place on cookie sheets. Dust with paprika. Bake at 400 to 450 degrees about 10 minutes. use larger balls for a coffee, small for hors d'oeuvres. Keep well frozen.
