QUICK SAUSAGE CHEESE BALLS 
3 c. Bisquick
10 oz. sharp cheddar cheese
1 lb. spicy sausage

Grate cheese. Mix cheese, ground sausage and Bisquick. Form mixture into small balls (no larger than 1 inch in diameter). Bake at 250 degrees until golden brown, approximately 45 minutes. Serve at once.

Cheese balls may be reheated. Also, once formed, cheese balls may be frozen for later cooking.
