NO CRUST EGG CUSTARD PIE 
4 eggs, beaten
1 3/4 cups sugar
1/2 cup self-rising flour
2 cups milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 cup (1/2 stick) butter

Preheat oven to 350°F. Mix all ingredients together. Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes.

I made this recipe from a Facebook post. It said you could add cocoa and coconut, and so I did. Don't do that!! The cocoa ruined it. It wasn't enough to make it chocolate... just slightly chocolate flavored egg... yuck!! Stick to the recipe without any additions. It would have been good without the chocolate.

Way and quick recipe to get always turns out perfect. I add sweet coconut to my mix at the end. Everything else just put into the mixer. I check it at 30 minutes and usually have to add 10 more minutes so it's firm. Thank you for this dessert!
