1 CRUST CUSTARD RHUBARB PIE | |
1 egg, slightly beaten 1 c. sugar 3 tbsp. flour 1/2 to 1/4 c. water 1 tbsp. butter 3 c. rhubarb Prepare 9 inch pie shell, unbaked Cut rhubarb into 1/2 inch pieces. Mix all ingredients except rhubarb. Place cut rhubarb into shell. Then pour mixture over rhubarb. Bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes. |
