BURRITO SAUCE 
1 stick butter
1 med. diced onion
2 or 3 jalapeno peppers
1 qt. jar or can tomatoes
2 bouillon (chicken) cubes
2 tbsp. flour

Over medium heat, melt butter and dissolve bouillon cubes. Add onions and peppers. Cook until tender. Add flour to thicken. Add tomatoes. Cook until bubbly on medium heat. Serve over burritos.

Wow, this sauce is soooo good. I was really surprised, considering how simple it was to make. I just put it over shredded chicken in a tortilla and it was fantastic.

Really good sauce. I made it just today with a addition of melting Velveeta in it while I cooked it with a bit of sage and Italian seasoning. Was really good over enchiladas.
