BURRITO SAUCE | |
1 stick butter 1 med. diced onion 2 or 3 jalapeno peppers 1 qt. jar or can tomatoes 2 bouillon (chicken) cubes 2 tbsp. flour Over medium heat, melt butter and dissolve bouillon cubes. Add onions and peppers. Cook until tender. Add flour to thicken. Add tomatoes. Cook until bubbly on medium heat. Serve over burritos. |
