1/4 lb. jalapeno peppers
1 sm. onion
1 tomato

Chop peppers, onion and tomato. Place in hot water and boil about 15 minutes or until soft. Add a dash of salt and 2 tablespoons grated Jack cheese. Serve over or inside of burritos.
