MAKES OWN CRUST CUSTARD PIE 
3 eggs
1 (13 oz.) can evaporated milk
1 c. sugar
3 tbsp. all-purpose flour
3 tbsp. melted butter
Nutmeg to taste or vanilla

Grease and flour 9 inch pie pan, being sure to cover it all. Combine all ingredients in blender and blend 30 seconds. Pour into pan and bake for 40 to 45 minutes until set. Pie will rise, but will settle when it cools and form a light crust.
