MAKES-ITS-OWN-CRUST CUSTARD PIE 
3 eggs
1 c. sugar
3 tbsp. all-purpose flour
3 tbsp. melted butter
Ground nutmeg to taste

Grease and flour a 9 inch glass pie pan. Be sure all areas are covered.

Combine all ingredients in a blender. Blend 30 seconds. Pour into pan. Bake 350 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes. Insert knife in center, until it comes out clean. Pie will rise but will settle as it cools and forms a light crust.
