NO CRUST COCONUT CUSTARD PIE 
4 eggs, well beaten
1/4 c. melted butter, cooled
1/2 c. self rising flour
2 c. milk
1 3/4 c. sugar
1 (7 oz.) can angel flake coconut

Mix eggs, milk and butter together. Add dry ingredients and coconut and mix well. Pour into 2 greased and floured 9 inch pans. DO NOT USE FOIL. Bake about 40 minutes at 350 degrees or until golden brown. Makes own crust. Yields two 9 inch pies.
