PRIZE WINNING SAUSAGE BALLS 
3 c. Bisquick
1 lb. sausage (use top quality such as Martin's) mild works
well
1 (12 oz.) pkg. Kraft sharp or extra sharp cheddar
6 drops tabasco sauce
1/4 tsp. ground dry mustard

Grate cheese.

Divide half of grated cheese, Bisquick, sausage, seasonings and place into food processor. Blend until a sticky dough is obtained. Roll into balls about 3/4 inch diameter. Don't make the balls too big. This will be enough for one cookie sheet. Bake on teflon coated or lightly oiled cookie sheet at 325 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes.

While the first batch is baking, blend the remaining ingredients and roll into balls on another cookie sheet. When the first batch is finished, bake the remaining batch.
