CHEESY SAUSAGE BALLS 
1 lb. turkey sausage
1/2 c. chopped green onions
3 c. Bisquick
2 c. shredded reduced fat Cheddar cheese (8 oz.)
1 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. red pepper
3/4 c. milk

Cook sausage and the onions in 10 inch skillet until brown. Crumble sausage into small bits, drain. Mix sausage mixture, Bisquick, cheese, dry mustard and red pepper in large bowl. Stir in milk.

Drop dough by rounded teaspoonful 2 inches apart on greased cookie sheet. Bake about 15 minutes (at 350 degrees) or until golden brown.

Mix 1 cup Dijon mustard and 1/4 cup honey for dip. Makes about 6 dozen.
