NUTELLA HOT CHOCOLATE
1 cup Nutella (or any other chocolate spread)
4 cups milk, divided (I use skim milk, but any milk works)
cinnamon (optional or any other spice)
whipped cream (optional)
ice cream (optional, your favorite)

Put 1/4 cup milk in a small sauce pot, big enough to hold 5 cups of water at least. Bring to a simmer then add the Nutella. Turn down heat and stir well. Add cinnamon if you want.

When its blended, add another 1/4 cup of milk and mix well, then another 1/4 cup and repeat until you have used all the milk.

Top with a dollop of whipped cream or ice cream.

GIFT OPTION:

If you rather make this for a gift, follow these steps:

Put 1/4 cup milk in a small saucepan, big enough to hold 3 cups of water at least. Bring milk to a simmer then add the Nutella. Turn down heat and stir well. Add cinnamon if you want.

Add another 1/4 cup and stir well, continue until you have added 1 cup of milk in total.

Allow to cool and pour into a decorated food-safe plastic bag.

I used 2% milk and added just *pinch* of nutmeg instead of cinnamon - it was heavenly. Definitely making this again! Thank you for sharing.
