“BBQ CHICKEN RUB” IS IN:

BBQ CHICKEN RUB 
Dry rub for about 6 pounds chicken breasts, legs, or thighs with a some left over (I usually sprinkle more on the chicken as I’m barbecuing).

6 tbsp. brown sugar
2 tbsp. paprika
2 tbsp. chili powder
4 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. table salt
1 1/2 tsp. black pepper
1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper

Mix all ingredients in a bowl. To ensure consistency, push through a sieve.
