BAKED ZUCCHINI CHIPS 
2 medium zucchini sliced about 1/4 inch
1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
1/4 cup panko crumbs
1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
Parmesan cheese, to taste

Preheat oven to 375°F.

Line a cookie/baking sheet with foil or parchment paper.

Place sliced zucchini in a bowl and pour olive oil over the slices.

In a separate bowl, stir together the panko, seasoned salt, and garlic powder.

Make sure each slice is coated with olive oil then coat each slice with the panko mixture, both sides. Place on lined baking sheet.

Place remaining panko mixture on top of zucchini slices and press into each slice.

Bake for 22-28 min (depending on your oven and the crispness you desire) You don't need to turn these they should brown on both sides.

Remove from oven and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
