EASY ROTISSERIE SIRLOIN TIP
ROAST

3-5lb Sirloin Tip roast
Garlic powder
Onion powder
Lawry's season salt (or season all)

On a thawed sirloin tip roast moderately coat both sides with onion powder, garlic powder, and Season-All (or Lawry's season salt). Place in the refrigerator for 24 hours.

After 24 hours, remove from the refrigerator and bring meat up to room temperature (30-45 minutess).

Place in rotisserie 19 minutes per pound for medium rare.

Turns out as tender and juicy as any expensive cut roast you've ever had.

Forgot to mention I was using the Ronco Rotisserie oven. Any comparable rotisserie would work. Over the grill rotisserie you would have to check the grill manual, but I imagine it would say have grill at about 450°F on indirect heat at 19 mins. a pound. I imagine in the grill rotisserie it would be a lot tastier, but not by much!

Just tried this recipe. So glad I found it on a search. It turned out DELICIOUS and was so much easier than the oven cooked recipes I had found. Love my Showtime Rotisserie. Thank you SO MUCH for sharing this recipe :-)
