SOUTHERN DEVILED EGGS
1 dozen hard-boiled eggs
mustard
mayonnaise
sweet or dill relish
paprika
salt or pepper

Slice eggs in half and put yolk in separate bowl. Add about a tablespoon of each mayonnaise, mustard and relish. Season with salt and pepper. Mash until almost smooth. Add more of any of the above ingredients, since its to be made how you like it. Add filling in each egg, sprinkle with paprika and enjoy!!

Note: you may want to have 1-2 extra hard-boiled eggs handy if you like your eggs extra stuffed. :)

All of these recipes for deviled eggs are missing one thing - Trying putting in a celery salt instead of regular salt. Your eggs will be a hit!!!

A little scratch of onion in the mix is nice too!

I add finely chopped ham or bacon to my yolk mixture. Try adding a few tsp. of sugar and some chopped onion. I use chili powder on top instead of paprika. I call them my southwestern deviled eggs. enjoy

I used a little celery salt, 3 small tender green onions then put mixture in a disposable piping bag. Mmm! Didn't look bad either.

If you fixed a mixed tray of deviled eggs - (for a party or buffet)... Eggs with sweet pickle relish (sprinkle with paprika)... eggs with dill relish (sprinkle with dill weed). Easy to distinguish type of deviled egg for your guests.
