JAMI'S EASY STUFFED PEPPERS 
6 green peppers
1 lb ground beef
1 pkg of Lipton Spanish Rice
1 can tomato
1 cup shredded cheese

Cut tops off of green peppers and simmer until tender. While they are boiling, prepare the Lipton Rice according to package directions. Add the canned tomato; minutes in a 350°F (preheated) oven.

Easy and tasty!
