TUNA AND EGG SALAD 
1 (6 1/8 oz.) can chunk light tuna in water, drained
2 boiled eggs, finely chopped
1/4 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. salad pickles
Can add 1 sm. onion, chopped, if desired

In a small mixing bowl, combine tuna (flaked), eggs, mayonnaise and pickles. Mix well. This is good with crackers or on a sandwich.

I tried the recipe as is and it turned out ok but a little runny. The second time, I increased the tuna to 2 cans and it turned out much better.

I added some finely chopped celery besides the onion (food processor works well for this) and used DRAINED pickle relish instead of the chopped pickles just to save another step. Delicious on toasted melba rye bread!
