MACARONI RING FRUIT SALAD 
1 pkg. (7 oz.) ring macaroni, cooked, drained and cooled
2 eggs, beaten
2/3 c. white sugar
2 tbsp. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1 lg. can or 2 med. cans crushed pineapple
1 pt. heavy cream whipped or lg. Cool Whip
1 can fruit cocktail
1 pkg. miniature marshmallows
Mandarin oranges, bananas or other fruit may also be used

Cook together until thick the beaten egg, sugar, flour, salt and pineapple juice. Pour over macaroni rings and refrigerate overnight.

The next morning mix together macaroni mixture, whipped cream or Cool Whip, fruit, marshmallows and drained pineapple. This recipe can serve 15 to 20 servings.
