Cookies were a little tough to get off the cookie sheet. Would parchment paper help?

I added Hershey's Peppermint Kisses to the top for a chocolate and mint version of Peanut Blossom cookies.

I love this recipe. I used wax paper from the beginning and had no trouble at all. It was a big crowd pleaser at my School. Genius.

This is a great quick recipe. I served them without the frosting and swaped out the choc. chips for Heath bits and it turned out great.

Use parchment paper and the cookies will slide right off the sheet. Made 12 dozen for a youth group meeting and they disappeared with in 10 minutes (twenty people).

These were ok. But teens and tweens liked them. I also used the Heath toffee bits as I had them. May have made the cookie too chewy. Next time will try just choc. chips and I think they will be softer texture. Sprayed insulated air cookie sheets with Baker's Joy that has flour in the spray. No problems with sticking. Finding a cookie recipe from a brownie mix is hard so was glad to find this. very quick to make.
