BROCCOLI-TOMATO CASSEROLE 
3 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen broccoli, thawed and drained
3 lg. tomatoes, peeled and sliced
1 can (3 oz.) grated Parmesan cheese
2 c. mayonnaise

Place broccoli in a 10 inch buttered casserole dish. Top with tomato slices. Put a little Parmesan cheese to the side. Combine the large portion of Parmesan cheese with mayonnaise.

Spread over tomato slices and sprinkle with cheese that was put aside. Cover and refrigerate until ready to bake. Bake in preheated 325 degree oven uncovered for 50 to 60 minutes.
