CHICKEN AND BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
1 sm. chicken, boiled and deboned
1 sm. pkg. spaghetti, cooked in chicken broth
1 sm. pkg. Velveeta cheese (use 1/2 for top of casserole)
1 can stewed tomatoes
1 onion, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
1 can cream of mushroom soup
2 c. chopped broccoli

Cook chicken and set aside; save broth. Cook spaghetti in chicken broth until done. Drain. Mix remaining ingredients. Mix in chicken. Place in casserole dish. Top with remaining cheese. Bake for 15 to 2 minutes.
