BRAN, WHEAT, CORN MUFFINS 
1/2 c. fine ground whole wheat flour
1/2 c. cornmeal
4 tsp. baking powder
3/4 c. unprocessed wheat bran
1/4 c. brown sugar
1 c. milk
1 egg
3 tbsp. vegetable oil

Stir flour and baking powder. Add cornmeal, bran, brown sugar, milk and egg. Stir only enough to blend. Add oil. Stir to combine. Pour into 12 butter, greased muffin tins. Bake at 400 degrees for 25 minutes.

These were very good! I was surprised by the fact that the bran "taste" was not that noticeable. My 7 year old son liked them as well. I will be adding this recipe to my collection - something healthy and tasty! :)

Very tasty, but would be better with some salt.. I will make again, but with that addition.
