BRAN, WHEAT, CORN MUFFINS | |
1/2 c. fine ground whole wheat flour 1/2 c. cornmeal 4 tsp. baking powder 3/4 c. unprocessed wheat bran 1/4 c. brown sugar 1 c. milk 1 egg 3 tbsp. vegetable oil Stir flour and baking powder. Add cornmeal, bran, brown sugar, milk and egg. Stir only enough to blend. Add oil. Stir to combine. Pour into 12 butter, greased muffin tins. Bake at 400 degrees for 25 minutes. |
