HEALTHY WHOLE WHEAT BRAN MUFFINS 
2 c. whole wheat pastry flour
2 c. wheat bran
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1 egg
1 1/2 - 1 2/3 c. reconstituted dry milk
1/3 c. honey

Combine dry ingredients and mix thoroughly. Mix egg, water and honey with whisk and add to dry mixture. Mix by hand until thoroughly mixed. Fill muffin pans 2/3 full. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. This is a low fat recipe.
