SOUTHERN PORK & BEAN SALAD 
Best served chilled.

2 (15 oz. ea.) cans pork & beans, drained
2 hard boiled eggs, chopped
1/2 medium onion, chopped
2 tbsp. sweet salad pickle relish
2 tbsp. mayonnaise
salt and pepper, to taste

Boil eggs and chop. Chop onion. Mix sweet pickle relish, mayonnaise and onion. Drain pork & beans and add to mixture. Stir. Add salt/pepper to taste.
