BLUEBERRY VANILLA ALMOND CAKE | |
1 box vanilla cake mix 3 eggs 1/2 cup water 1/4 cup vegetable oil 1/2 cup sliced almonds 1 can blueberry pie filling Preheat oven to 350°F. Next mix in the cake mix, eggs, water, oil, sliced almonds and 1 can of blueberry pie filling. Now pour into two greased 8x8-inch baking pans and bake for approximately 30 to 45 minutes or until knife comes out clean. Blueberry Frosting: 1 box vanilla instant pudding mix 1 tub whipped topping 1 can blueberry pie filling Mix in the DRY pudding mix with the whipped topping and can of blueberry pie filling. Then set aside until thick. When cake cools take the frosting and spread evenly on cake and enjoy! Makes 1 (2 layer) cake. Submitted by: Anna Marie Parnell |
