1 lb. ground beef
1 onion, cut up
Pepper to taste
2 c. sauerkraut, rinsed, drained and snipped
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can celery soup
2 c. egg noodles

Brown beef, pepper to taste. Layer the above mix starting with ground beef, sauerkraut with egg noodles uncooked. Top with half soup. Bake in 350 degree oven for 30 minutes. Sprinkle with grated cheese of your choice.
