WHITE CHOCOLATE-MACADAMIA NUT COOKIES | |
2 1/4 cups flour 1 tsp. baking soda 1 tsp. salt 1 cup butter, softened 3/4 cup sugar 3/4 cup firmly packed brown sugar 1 tsp. vanilla 2 eggs 1 (12 oz.) pkg. white chocolate morsels (do not substitute) 1 cup chopped macadamia nuts Preheat oven to 375°F. Combine flour, baking soda and salt; set aside. Combine butter, sugar, brown sugar and vanilla; beat until creamy. Beat in eggs. Gradually add flour mixture; mix well. Stir in the white chocolate morsels and the macadamia nuts. Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheets. Bake 8-10 minutes. |
