WHITE CHOCOLATE AND MACADAMIA
NUT COOKIES
 
2 1/4 c. flour, unsifted
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 c. (2 sticks) butter, softened
3/4 c. sugar
3/4 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. vanilla extract
2 eggs
12 oz. pkg.white chocolate chip morsels
1 (3.5 oz.) jar macadamia nuts

Preheat oven to 375°F. In a small bowl, combine flour, baking soda and salt; set aside. In a large bowl, combine butter, sugar, brown sugar and vanilla; beat until creamy. Beat in eggs. Gradually add flour mixture; mix well. Stir in white chocolate morsels and macadamia nuts. Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheet.

Bake at 375°F for 8 to 10 minutes. Let stand 1 minute; remove from cookie sheet. Cool completely.
