SAUERKRAUT AND SAUSAGE HOT DISH 
1 lb. bacon
1 lg. onion
1 ring smoked sausage or any kind of sausage
1 pkg. sauerkraut (drained)

Cut bacon and fry, not too crisp, cut onions and fry with the bacon; cut sausage in slices and add to bacon and onion and fry. Add sauerkraut with rest of ingredients and simmer for half an hour.
