SAUSAGE - SAUERKRAUT DINNER 
2 lb. linked sausage, cut into 4" links
2 tsp. butter
1 med. onion, chopped
2 (16 oz.) cans sauerkraut
1 c. apple juice
2 apples, cut into wedges
4-6 Irish potatoes, cut into wedges
Salt & pepper

Saute onions in butter. Arrange sauerkraut, onions and sausage in frying pan. Put apples and potatoes over top. Salt and pepper. Pour on juice. Cover, stirring and simmer 30-40 minutes. Add more juice if needed.
