PORK CHOP SAUERKRAUT DINNER 
1 lg. jar sauerkraut
Enough water to make pretty soupy
A little sugar

Put above mixture in Dutch oven. On top of kraut, place thin cut pork chops all over, make sure you have plenty of chops. Press some of the chops down into the kraut. Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste before adding more chops. Press all down into juice and kraut. Sprinkle with a little more salt and pepper. Cover. Bake at 350 degrees about an hour and a half. Serve with mashed potatoes and hot rolls.
