SAUERKRAUT HOT DISH #1 
1 lb. ground beef
onion
1 big can sauerkraut, drained
2 c. uncooked wide noodles
2 cans cream of celery soup (or mushroom or chicken/mushroom soup)
1 or 2 c. grated mild Cheddar cheese

Brown beef and onion. Add salt and pepper. Put half of ground beef mixture in casserole. Add all sauerkraut, then rest of ground beef. Then add cooked noodles and soups over top.

Bake at 350°F for 1/2 hour. Put cheese on top and bake 20 minutes more. Serve with your favorite breads.
